The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and experience in landscape maintenance and property upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and healthy. Candidate that meets expectations will be offered full time job. Key Responsibilities:Perform regular landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, and flower beds, ensuring proper growth and appearance.Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.Conduct property inspections and identify areas needing repairs or improvements.Assist with seasonal preparations, including snow removal, leaf collection, and holiday decorations.Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper water usage.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with team members and property management regarding maintenance needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional landscaping or horticulture education is a plus.Previous experience in landscape maintenance or property upkeep preferred.Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape design.Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development and training.Flexible work hours and a supportive team environment.
