This role will require leveraging expertise in solar technology and market trends to provide strategic direction on project design and execution. This role will drive the success of our platform, contributing directly to our company's growth in the renewable energy sector.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Reviews and validates solar project proposals, including system design, performance modeling, cost estimation, and technical documentation.Review proposals and designs to ensure they pass our validation process. Modify proposals as needed and communicate with contractors until the design validation process is complete.Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Bachelors or equivalent work experienceProven experience in solar energy project design or proposal development Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in proposal software and tools Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Commitment to staying informed about technological advancements and sustainability practices in the renewable energy sectorCompensation: $18-23/hr.
