Bydrec is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create effective test plans.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
Creating and maintaining test frameworks and infrastructure
Collaborating with QA engineers and developers to ensure effective test coverage
Executing automated test scripts and analyzing results
Identifying and reporting defects in a timely manner
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation
Participating in code reviews and providing feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit)
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
