Quality Assurance Engineer

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Service Desk Banking Agent to join our UniQue team!What will you be bringing to the team?The primary tasks/deliverables for this position shall be to: Build and maintain test plans and cases for the institution's work products (workflows, SharePoint updates, application changes). Plan and execute testing processes. Write and validate test cases/scripts. Conduct functional testing to ensure compliance with requirements. Identify and track defects; re-test fixes. Discuss issues with staff and provide solutions. Optimize testing and improve team processes. Maintain test documentation. Assess risks of changes/updates. Propose ideas to enhance product quality. Analyze test results and provide formal feedback. Clarify requirements with customers and business analysts. Handle any additional requirements as needed. Participate in daily coordination and ad hoc meetings. RequirementsWhat will you need to succeed in this position?
