Duración de la oferta: hasta el 21/08/2026.FuncionesPosition Purpose: The R2R Accountant is responsible for delivering high- quality Record- to- Report (R2R) accounting services, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. The role supports month- end and year- end closing activities, balance sheet integrity, and continuous process improvement within a shared services environment. Key Responsibilities - Perform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. - Execute month- end and year- end closing processes in accordance with established deadlines. - Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications. - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate/resolution of outstanding items. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements. - Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, providing recommendations for corrective actions. - Collaborate with local finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting issues. - Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations. - Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain up- to- date process documentation and work instructions. RequisitosQualifications & Experience - Experience in Record- to- Report (R2R) , General Ledger accounting, or a similar finance function. - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is an advantage) . - Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Experience in month- end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes. Key Skills - Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team. - Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies and automation opportunities. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) .
