Ranch Hands

Male or female ranch hands needed for horse ranch located one hour from Bend and Prineville. Job includes mucking, feeding, filling and cleaning waters, pulling weeds, moving horses, maintaining vehicles and helping the equine team wherever needed. We are also happy to train people to run fence, weld and some mechanics. Experience with horses is a plus, but is not a deal breaker.The job is from 7am - 3:30pm and starting pay is $23.50 per hour. Pay raise after 3 months if good fit. Please note, this job is strenuous, working outside in all weathers, but with a good team and good pay.We are looking for people who love animals, are reliable and consistent, good attitude and a muck in kind of positive demeanor, happy to do whatever tasks are needed on that particular day. This is a place for real growth and opportunity to grow within the position and stay for a long time or just a season.Job is full-time, five days a week. Part-time also available and housing is available to the right candidate.Please note: We are also looking to expand our equine staff and need people happy to just come muck and help out when available.
