The primary job function is recruitment for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.Recruit new hires, exit interviews, Internal and external tracking of training, transfers and required background checks of employees are completed accurately and timely. Answer questions and provide information and assistance to employees on company policies and procedures.Back up for the receptionist as needed/required.
