LOCATIONRancho Palos Verdes, CA JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for various projects and assisting the Vice Presidents with their various tasks and projects. The ideal individual should be comfortable on the phone, people-oriented with high energy, have a strong sense of urgency, and have a highly developed ability to multitask. Primary responsibilities include:Locating qualified candidates for job placementCandidate data entry, updating, tracking, and database managementPreparing recruiting and hiring reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trendsDrafting various reports, documents, and presentationsPosting job descriptions on various job boards, associations, and professional networking sitesConducting reference and background checksCoordinating multiple social media sitesCommunicating directly with candidates and clients as necessary, depending on the level of involvement with searchesProject work requiring forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritizing REQUIREMENTSPrior office experience a plusStrong sense of ethics and professionalismAbility to multitask efficientlyWell-developed writing and communication skillsComputer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent telephone etiquetteExperience with various professional networking sites desirableCOMPENSATION$20-$25/hr DOE
