As our Regional Marketing Manager Iberia, you'll be the driving force behind The Social Hub's brand presence across Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastián, and Porto. You'll bring global campaigns to life locally, create moments that get people talking, and turn ideas into experiences that attract members, guests, and communities alike. From bold activations and PR opportunities to local partnerships and city-wide buzz, you'll make sure our brand feels relevant, exciting, and impossible to ignore. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, operations, commercial, product, and community to connect the dots and create real impact. You'll also lead and inspire a talented regional team while helping shape the future of one of Europe's most exciting hospitality brands. What You'll Do: · Shape and roll out regional marketing strategies that bring our global brand vision to life across Iberia. · Create and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, bookings, memberships, and commercial results. · Build strong local partnerships, sponsorships, events, and activations that keep The Social Hub front of mind. · Lead regional PR efforts together with agency partners and communications teams. · Guide the social media and digital marketing approach across your region. · Track campaign performance, spot opportunities, and turn insights into smarter marketing decisions. · Coach and support a team of Marketing Coordinators, helping them grow and do their best work. · Travel between hubs when needed to stay connected to the local communities and teams.RequisitosWhat You'll Have: · You have 7+ years of experience in a regional marketing role, ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands. · You bring experience developing marketing strategies and turning them into campaigns that deliver results. · You have strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, and email marketing. · You bring experience working with PR agencies, media relations, and local partnerships. · You have a data-driven mindset and know how to use insights to improve performance and ROI. · You have excellent communication skills and enjoy bringing people together around a shared goal. · You speak fluent English and Spanish.Se ofreceWhat We Offer: · The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
