Registered Nurse

Our client is searching for a Registered Nurse --OR in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona location. This person will report to the Director of the Cancer Center.Responsibilities/Duties Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified ( involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires)Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.RN--Associates Degree required/BSN or higher preferredArizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hireMinimum of 2 years RN Experience in a general ORACLS Certification required upon hire (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)Experience in Clinical Quality or SafetyLaser/Safety Officer Certification
