Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesDo you want to lead a luxury resort and ensure memorable experiences for guests? Le Collectionist is looking for a Resort Manager to coordinate onsite teams, oversee operations, and guarantee excellence in every detail throughout the season. Main responsibilities: · Set up and coordinate the in-resort team before the season: recruit and onboard onsite teams, organize in-house training, arrange office space, vehicles, and housing if needed, implement company tools, and manage contractors and third parties. · Plan and coordinate weekly staffing needs, ensuring compliance with regulations. · Manage resort accounts, cash floats, operating budgets, stock, and properties. · Oversee pre-season house inspections and ensure all properties meet company standards. · Support pre-arrival teams with sourcing and testing services and experiences. · Conduct sales training for destinations (Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella) and properties. · Supervise check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a high-quality guest experience. · Act as guardian of customer experience, resolving issues effectively and coordinating internally with Sales and Supply teams. · Report and follow up any issue or damage in CRM for optimal communication and history.RequisitosQualifications: · Interest in or sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sector. · Bilingual in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language such as French is a plus. · Based in Mallorca, Ibiza, or Marbella. · Experience in luxury rental management. · Valid driving license. Skills and competencies: · Highly organized and punctual. · Hospitality know-how and strong leadership skills. · Excellent communication, both written and oral. · Experience with CRM tools (preferred).Se ofreceWork schedule and specifics: · Onsite presence required, including Saturdays and Sundays, especially during high season. · Work organized in rotation with the onsite team; overtime may be recovered.
