Functions of the position · Coordinate the work of staff members (front desk, kitchen, delivery). · Ensure the training and onboarding of new employees. · Monitor sales and staffing needs. · Conduct interviews and recruit candidates. · Ensure and manage various aspects (technical, logistical, customer-related, and employee-related). · Organize, coordinate, supervise, and support the work of the restaurant teams (chefs and team members). · Train new employees. · Master standard guidelines for sales, hygiene, and delivery. · Master the store opening/closing routine. · Close out the day. · Create/process daily and weekly orders from the various vendors/suppliers. · Open and close cash registers.RequisitosIdioma requerido: Alemán.
