Fire Protection Drafter3S Incorporated is seeking an experienced AutoCAD & Revit drafter. Fire protection experience is not required. This is an opportunity to enter the rewarding field of life safety systems. This is a full-time position on the S-JV battery plant job site. 3S has a furnished office trailer from which you will work alongside other designers and project managers. As an active construction site, strict health and safety rules must be followed. Key Areas of ResponsibilityDesign life safety and asset protection systems using AutoCAD, Revit and proprietary software applicationsUpdate existing drawingsCreate project-specific operation and maintenance manualsAssist office staff with engineering-related tasksAttend manufacturer training classesTravel within the US may be requiredImportant SkillsProficient knowledge of CAD systems (Autocad & Revit)Understanding of MS Office applicationsGood organizational skillsAble to communicate technical informationDesire to learn industry standardsWillingness to study for and obtain NICET certification
