Duración de la oferta: hasta el 15/03/2026.FuncionesDocument the Continuous Improvement Initiative and the change needed in detail: in the form of Process Flows, Business and/or Technical Requirements, PDDs and if applicable also SOPs Sign Off the documents created with key stakeholders in the SSC, in country or with our IT units Develop the improvement needed with the tools in MS PowerPlatform or/ and UiPath following specific frameworks already in place in the RPA CoE Test the solution and coordinate UAT Change Management coordinate and deliver end-user trainings and draft the needed communications (Project Managers will support) Implement the solution, monitor results through KPis and run hypercare sessions Maintain automations post deployment, troubleshoot, proactively fix bugs and update corresponding documentation Stay updated proactively on the latest updates to the Power Platform, or UiPath as well as future roadmap featuresRequisitosBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields At least 2 years demonstrable experience developing in UiPath RPA and/ or MS PowerPlatform (mainly PowerAutomate and PowerApps) Ability to compile automation requirements and translate them into implementation proposals Ability to offer advisory services on different types of automations and indicate the most suitable one Stakeholder management (operational teams and management) Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus) Outstanding accountability, willingness to learn and to contribute Very pragmatic solution seeking attitude High level of autonomy and very strong sense of commitment and ownershipSe ofreceCompetitive salary aligned with your experience Permanent, full-time contract Meal vouchers Private health insurance Life Insurance Hybrid working model (2 days of home office/week) Multicultural environment Training and internal development opportunities A vibrant and dynamic international workplace located in Barcelona
