We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team, specializing in selling remodel and construction services in the Four Corners Area, with a focus on Durango. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our growing construction and remodeling services.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new leads and opportunities.Establish trust and rapport with current and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.2. Product KnowledgeThoroughly understand the range of construction and remodeling services offered by our company.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant building codes.3. Consultative SalesMeet with potential clients to assess their construction and remodeling needs.Provide expert guidance and recommendations tailored to the unique demands of the clients projects.4. Sales ProcessPrepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and timelines to potential clients.Work with our project management team to create detailed project plans.Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.5. NetworkingAttend community events, local trade shows, and other relevant gatherings to build a network of potential clients.Leverage existing contacts in the community to generate leads.6.
