We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Signarama. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position involves a combination of door-to-door sales, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and close deals.Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated territories to introduce Signaramas products and services.Prospect and cold call potential customers to establish rapport and set up meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.Requirements:Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the signage industry or related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable).Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive commission-based compensation structure.Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home.Comprehensive training and ongoing support from the Signarama team.
