As a valued team member, you will engage with multiple clients throughout the day, delivering unparalleled service and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.Responsibilities: Calling and receiving calls from clients Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over video call Completing applications for insurance products Attending ongoing, optional training sessionsQualifications: Proven track record in sales leadership or a strong desire to transition into a leadership role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with team members. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using virtual communication tools. Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships, prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred Exhibit a continuous learning mindset, effortlessly adapting and adjusting to new situations.
