Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesMission To support and assist the Sales team in a professional and proactive manner. Tasks and responsibilities PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS. • Support at industry trade shows (pre - show marketing and post - show follow - up) . • Manage customer databases and external communications. • Support administrative tasks for the sales department. • Gathering market and customer information. • Prepare all necessary documentation for contracts with sales representatives. • Securing and maintaining up - to - date databases. • Prepare all the necessary documentation to be part of consortiums and programs aimed at projecting the hotel nationally and internationally. • Participate in the process of creating newsletters to be sent monthly. • Follow - up of the sales agenda. • Actively collaborate with the hotel's sales actions. • Contacting potential local clients via email and newsletter to keep them up to date with the hotel's news. • Tripadvisor and El Tenedor account updates. • Agency 360 report analysis, commercial research, communication to our sales partners. • Prepare account report for sales manager. • Review results in Lanyon. • Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related field. • Very good Microsoft Office skills. • Experience with PMS Opera. • High level of English and Spanish. Catalan and other languages are a plus. • Experience in other operational departments of the hotel is a plus.Requisitos.
