Our client is an exciting B2B SaaS HR Tech company building a small but high performing outbound focused SDR team in the Philippines. It is expected that you would work 40 hours per week (M-F) from 9am - 6pm Central Time (U.S. hours). We are looking for highly experienced outbound SDRs with an emphasis on calling and experience with B2B SaaS sales. Role ObjectiveTo generate leads by leveraging email, phone calls and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings. Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the roleResponsibilitiesUtilize CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunitiesOptimize outreach success based on testing and improvement Setup meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales team membersReport to manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly resultsRequirementsVery strong English communication skillsPrior experience as an SDR with track record of achieving or exceeding quotaPrior SDR experience with a technology company, preferably B2B SaaS or HR TechProficiency with various CRMs, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other toolsPay and BenefitsCompetitive pay (base + commission)$1,800 base + incentives based on leads and closed ARR
