Job Description SO/ Sotogrande, located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands- on experience in the luxury hospitality industry while developing your skills in sales and marketing. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SO/ Sotogrande's services and amenitiesSupport the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clientsHelp create engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awarenessContribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and eventsConduct basic market research and analyze data to support decision- making processesAssist in preparing sales and marketing materials, including presentations and reportsCollaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure consistent brand messagingParticipate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving marketing effortsSupport the team in maintaining customer relationships and enhancing guest experiencesAssist with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations Additional Information Attractive incentive plan. RequisitosQualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (An agreement with school is necessary) Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the hospitality industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing applicationsBasic understanding of marketing and sales techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive and eager to learn with a customer- focused mindsetAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast- paced environmentCreativity and willingness to contribute innovative ideas
