JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE - TRAINEE REPORTING TO: SALES MANAGER COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES: SALARY, BONUS AND COMMISSION STRUCTURE, HEALTH INSURANCE, SIMPLE IRA, TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT, TRAINING BONUSES AND OTHER BENEFITS AS WELL. Purpose: This is a 12-month Training Program. If all requirements are met by the end of 12 months, you would advance into our Sales Representative Program and become eligible for significant Training Completion Bonus. The Sales Representative Trainee will serve as our company's primary point of contact with new and existing clients. Your goal is to build strong relationships with new and existing clients and generate repeat business. The Sales Manager will provide opportunities for you to learn and develop key skills so you can identify business opportunities, find potential customers, research, and analyze sales options with confidence. Working closely with other departments, this role is responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is seamless and that realistic expectations are set from the start.___________________________________________________________________________Key Roles and Responsibilities:Maintaining and developing relationships with New Clients.Managing new Clients requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold callingTo achieve a minimum number of Scope of Work (S0P) per week to ensure an effectively managed customer baseSetting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new businessRepresenting GOECO at trade exhibitions, Ribbon Cuttings, Community Events and demonstrationsThrough training and learning provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to clientsConduct market research to identify selling possibilitiesPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/servicesCollaborate with team to achieve better resultsTo take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed Sales Quotas and objectives set within the department.To proactively identify and assist the Sales Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely mannerTo demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.To undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Manager in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.This is not an exhaustive list and may be altered by the Sales Manager at any time.Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: $57,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits (Some are Voluntary):Simple IRA matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingTravel reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to Friday 8am-5pmNo nightsSupplemental pay types:Bonus opportunitiesCommission payMonthly bonusWork Location: On the road
