<p><strong>This is for a Onsite position.</strong></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Promote brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs</li><li>Promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct through demonstrated individual performance</li><li>Experience upselling/increasing customer benefits/rebuttal/save the sale/conversion metrics</li><li>Ability to proactively address customer needs in a timely manner</li><li>Maturity and a hunger for success required</li><li>Ability adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner</li><li>Competitive attitude and drive for results while showing motivation and a demonstrated passion for the brand</li><li>Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or other management</li><li>Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment</li><li>Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediately</li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><p><strong>We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Minimum requirement of intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)</li><li>6 months experience in customer service preferred</li><li>Typing speed of 25 WPM required</li><li>Strong verbal, listening and written communications skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills required</li><li>Excellent attendance history is required</li><li>Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests and credit check</li></ul>
