We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team!
The successful candidate will leverage their extensive Salesforce knowledge to manage, implement, and optimize Salesforce-based projects for our clients. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the business needs of our clients and providing tailored Salesforce solutions to enhance their operations, increase efficiency, automate processes, improve customer experience and engagement, and scale solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges through discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews. Provide strategic advice on Salesforce adoption, usage, and ROI to meet business objectives.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with the client’s business strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with long-term goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution.
Oversee the entire Salesforce implementation process from discovery to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Work closely with project managers to guide execution and address risks.
Incorporate UX best practices into Salesforce solutions to ensure an intuitive experience for end users. Support change management efforts by facilitating user training and driving platform adoption.
Ensure consistent and open communication with both the technical team and the client, being readily available to address questions, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively. Foster a team-oriented environment by working closely with internal teams and external vendors, facilitating alignment between technical execution and business goals, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Prepare clear and thorough project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), project estimations, technical designs, and post-implementation support.
Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices with internal teams and clients. Stay updated on Salesforce products and industry trends to ensure clients benefit from the latest innovations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Familiarity with CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is valued but not mandatory.
Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and clients, ensuring alignment and project success.
