The Customer Experience Lead will join the Digital Hub business unit within the Strategy & Transformation Team.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization across multiple countries.Reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital HUB, your primary focus will be on driving business growth, analysing performance metrics, and providing support to ensure the success of marketing campaigns driven by high conversion rates.Main responsibilities:
Led the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing initiatives in over 19 countries.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and maximize ROI through targeted marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts across regions.
Provide technical support and training to local teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
Scope, build and deploy campaigns and multichannel customer lifecycle journeys and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio (…)
Develop testing plans, conduct tests, report learnings and apply learnings to ongoing improvement and optimizations.
Professional experience/qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization.
Proven track record of driving business growth and success through marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a global team environment.
Knowledge of programming languages: HTML, AMP Script & SQL queries.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Other languages are appreciated.
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
