Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master II for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, India and Mexico. EST work schedule required.
Consistently demonstrates servant leadership qualities to enable teams to deliver through Lean-Agile practices. Coordinates with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies, eliminate impediments, and facilitate flow. Focuses on improving team dynamics and performance, managing conflicts, and promoting team growth. Provides ongoing coaching on Lean-Agile Principles and ensures teams maintain a Lean-Agile Mindset.

Essential Job Functions:
Acts as servant leader for multiple teams and stakeholders
Aids team and Product Owner in managing and sequencing backlog
Leads moderately complex teams with external team impact and dependencies
Resolves impediments and manages dependencies
Builds high-performing team and fosters improvement
Identifies and resolves SAFe anti-patterns
Coaches teams on practices, procedures, and Lean Agile mindset
Guides teams in decision making and problem-solving
Supports trusting and safe environment for team growth
Mentors and guides junior scrum masters
Organizes and leads Community of Practice
Participates and manages agile ceremonies
Continuously pursues Agile knowledge and learning
Works with Scrum Master Community of Practice to improve product delivery
Seeks advice and best practices from Release Train Engineer
Experienced in Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development
Performs other assigned duties
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification (within 180 days of hire) required.
SAFe Certified Practitioner or Agilist (within 180 days of hire) preferred.
Experience Requirements: 1-3 years in an Agile environment or 4+ years of experience in a project environment required.
Minimum 2 years experience in Scrum Master role or 1 year in Scrum Master Level I or 4+ years experience in servant leader role required.
