This role involves direct engagement in general ledger, accounts payable, cash receipts, reconciliations, and both month-end and year-end processes.Responsibilities include:Recording various revenue streams, billing, and account reconciliationsManaging intercompany billing of receivables, tracking outstanding balances, and reconciliationsSupporting the accounts payable function for select business linesOverseeing the monthly and quarterly close process and related reporting for company subsidiariesAssisting in the annual financial statement audit of the parent company, including writing process narrativesPlaying an integral role in ERP implementation and post-implementation administration (e.g., chart of account maintenance, reports)Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and performing reconciliation for select business unitsAssessing current practices and procedures, and making recommendations for improvementsCreating ad hoc reporting as requestedQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting3-5 years of progressive accounting experience focused on operating efficiency, accuracy, and reliabilityPublic accounting experience strongly preferredCPA strongly preferredThorough knowledge of U.S. GAAPExperience with sophisticated accounting software (e.g., Great Plains, NetSuite)Strong desire for automation and advancing technology with hands-on experience in accounting softwareAbility to work well with systems, technology, and peopleHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levelsWell-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasksFeatured Benefits:Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Paid paternity leavePaid maternity leaveDisability insuranceReady to make your mark and elevate your career to new heights?
