As a Senior Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, mentor junior staff, and bring creativity and expertise to our beverage menu. Responsibilities and essential job duties include but are not limited to: Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiencesPrepare, serve, and present cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest standardsCreate and innovate cocktail recipes, seasonal specials, and signature drinksTrain, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staffMonitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering suppliesMaintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulationsCollaborate with management on bar promotions, events, and beverage strategyEnsure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and attentive service Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a senior or supervisory roleExceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beerStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast - paced environmentFlair and creativity in presentation and mixologyKnowledge of bar safety and hygiene practicesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysFluency in EnglishRequisitos
