Lead the Finance section of the quarterly Board package and manage streamlined monthly and quarterly reporting for the Executive team, Board, and investors. Provide key insights into financial performance to inform strategic decisions and enhance transparency
Develop and spearhead a process that supports the dynamic modeling of our revenue, as well as departmental operating budget that drive accountability into the business and provide a reliable base for budgeting and cash forecasting
Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators, aligning them with company OKRs, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Support various finance and operations initiatives, partnering with teams on high-priority strategic projects to deliver meaningful and measurable value across the company
You're a great candidate if you have…

Proficiency in core accounting concepts, Excel/Google Sheets and SQL with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Metabase) to turn data into actionable insights
Skilled in financial modeling with hands-on experience building budgets, projections, and forecasts from scratch in a high-growth environment
Curiosity to tease out a story from the numbers and to prove or disprove business strategies and tactics using financial analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - organizing proactively, focusing on key priorities and adapting when required
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience
An ownership mentality with a clear bias for action and an ability to act both collaboratively and autonomously while taking ownership and accountability for your work
