We’re looking for a skilled Analyst who’s relentlessly curious and highly adaptable, willing to dig deep into customer and market behavior to push beyond descriptive analysis into true discovery. This role is about more than understanding data—it's about influencing our goals, products and brand at every level in the company.
In this data-centric role, you’ll be the in-house expert on complex data sets, and navigate ambiguous projects from start to finish to strengthen and expand the analytical capabilities of the Customer Insight team. Candidates experienced with analyzing primary and secondary data sets, and using a variety of methods to uncover proprietary insights will stand out. What you’ll do:
Work with large datasets to conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, consumer trends, and market factors to inform long-term strategy.
Forecast customer and industry outlook by Integrate data from diverse sources for a comprehensive, 360° view of consumers.
Innovate in consumer analysis processes and build dashboards and reporting workflows for clear data visualization and storytelling.
Support and accelerate mixed-method research projects within the insights team.
Collaborate and partner with Insights researchers and cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Intelligence decision-makers to understand their goals, and proactively identify opportunities to use data to develop new insights, guide strategy, and improve business results.
Create presentations, exhibits, and written documents with limited guidance, and deliver to both technical and non-technical audiences in an effective way, articulating ideas and opinions clearly and efficiently.
Develop a strong understanding of our business, with a focus on emerging markets & trends, industry regulations, economic factors, and technological advancements that impact the market landscape.
What you have:
4+ years of Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer or retail environment (entertainment or gaming experience preferred).
Advanced degree in a highly numerate major (Econ, Stats, Data Science) or business major with relevant specialty.
Advanced proficiency in data extraction (BigQuery, Snowflake) and manipulation (SQL, Excel modeling) and data visualization (Tableau, Looker), with knowledge of scripting languages a plus (Python, R).
Experience working with syndicated, public, or enriched data on consumer behavior or market trends (economic, purchasing, enriched).
A broad analytical toolbox, with a command of data manipulation, regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify relationships within data and forecast impact.
Working knowledge of data warehousing, cleaning and preparation, as well as basic ETL processes.
Working knowledge of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Heap) and marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to leverage data and analytics in a corporate environment.
Ability to work with little direction and produce high-quality results in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal stakeholder communication skills across a variety of outputs.
A personal or professional interest in consumer purchasing behavior, macroeconomic trends, and the impact they have on real money gaming or entertainment industries.

Anywhere in the US is fine, but Atlanta would be preferred.
