Senior Delivery Manager

Our company continues to grow actively, so we're currently seeking an Senior Delivery Manager to join our newly established outsourcing team. This role involves developing a new direction within the company and collaborating with clients of various sizes and industries, including Kyivstar, to deliver software development services tailored to their specific requirements. What you will do Collaborate with different customers on Upwork; Selection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques; Support sales team in new projects presale, estimate project affords and prepare necessary RFI/RFP documentation; Management of web and mobile development team. Qualifications and experience needed At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, particularly in an IT outsourcing context; Proven track record of successfully managing software development or IT projects from conception to delivery; Good understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand technical specifications; Experience in preparing detailed project documentation, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates; Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders; Ability to present and explain project details to non-technical stakeholders; Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with other project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean; Fluent English; Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) would be highly advantageous.
