About the Role
SecurityScorecard is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Channels to lead and expand our channel strategy during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the SVP of Channels and Alliances, this leader will play a pivotal leadership role within our Channel team, overseeing a team of National Account Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic growth and maximize value with our national channel partners. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to develop and execute impactful partner strategies, operationalize new initiatives, and ensure sustained success across key partnerships. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive high-performance results, foster strong cross-functional collaboration, and deliver meaningful insights to enhance our partner relationships and business growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers to ensure consistent execution of strategic initiatives aimed at partner growth and success.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to ensure a cohesive approach in securing, operationalizing, enabling, growing, and managing our partner relationships.
Growth Strategy Development: Work alongside Sales and Channel Leadership to define and implement growth strategies that align with our partner goals, focusing on sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes.
New Business Development: Oversee and support the identification and pursuit of net-new business opportunities within the national partner landscape.
Data and Performance Metrics Management: Lead the team in utilizing SSC’s operational platforms to track, analyze, and leverage channel partner data for strategic insights. Establish quarterly metrics reviews to ensure partners are meeting compliance and performance targets.
Partner Data Oversight: Ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date business data for all partners, leveraging data insights to make informed strategic decisions.
Partner Portal Administration: Direct the maintenance and accuracy of partner information in the SSC partner portal, ensuring alignment with current strategies and partner needs.
Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct and oversee quarterly business reviews with national partners, delivering performance insights and aligning future strategies to meet growth objectives.
Adaptable Leadership: Take on additional strategic responsibilities to drive the continued expansion of the SSC partner ecosystem, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in channel sales, program leadership, or partner management in the enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity industries.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through channel programs.
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including system integrators, VARs, and MSPs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Experience designing and executing partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and enablement strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a strong plus.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $240,000 - $275,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
