What you'll do at Canny:
Collaborate with the product and design teams to develop and implement new features.Optimize and refine existing features to improve UX and decrease friction.Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs to improve customer experiences.Participate in code reviews, fostering a culture of quality, and collaborative learning.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies to maintain Canny’s edge in the market.Contribute to technical documentation, ensuring ease of use and understanding for future reference.

Our stack - TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, SCSSCloud services - AWS, GitHub, CircleCI, MongoDBSlack - team and some customer communicationCanny - tracking user feedback Missive - email collaborationClickUp - project management
Compensation & Benefits:

5 years of professional software engineering experience with a frontend focusProduction experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, AWSEagerness to shape the technical direction of the product, lead architectural decision making, and mentor othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsYou are self-motivated and have strong organizational skillsExperience working autonomously and as a part of a small, preferably remote, team.You have demonstrated the ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term:within the last 5 years, you've worked at one company for at least 2 years
