The Opportunity: The People team seeks a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Compensation Manager to lead our HR information management processes, services, applications, and systems, as well as oversee the Company’s compensation philosophy and management. The HRIS and Compensation Manager will take a strategic and practical approach to ensure global human resource information solutions, and will ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices that align with business objectives and support employee retention and satisfaction.
Are you Ready for this Opportunity? The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience managing a large HRIS system (like ADP or UKG), with specific experience in UKG preferred. The person in this role will also have 3-5 years of experience with compensation management. At least three years of recent experience must be in a software company. This is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role (this role will not have any direct reports). The role manages systems, projects and processes, leading by influence. We are a small and mighty team, focusing on teamwork and outcomes for the business. There is no task that each of us wouldn't do for each other. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Acts as the SME of People Systems and leads HRIS projects, analyzes business systems/processes, determines requirement specifications and project plans, and performs system testing, planning, and implementation.
Creates and analyzes people metrics both routinely and ad-hoc to internal business partners.
Develops data-driven presentations to support decision-making for people-related programs.
Owns global data quality and integrity and ongoing data improvements to deliver accurate and reliable People data.
Implements new approaches, policies, and procedures that will result in improvements in efficiency and enabling the best employee experience.
Liaison with internal business partners and employees on system education for increased adoption.
Designs, researches, and performs advanced statistical analysis on people data to address questions from org/HR leadership.
Manages the company’s compensation philosophy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
Oversees the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including compensation review, salary structures and incentive plans.
Conducts regular market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation offerings remain competitive.
Provides guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
Develops and maintains compensation-related documentation and communication materials.
Conducts compensation benchmarking and prepares reports to inform strategic decisions.
Partners with finance and other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for compensation-related expenses.
Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
