Come be a part of our success story!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, they would provide a full range of legal support on all kind of PV legal project related matters, with a particular focus on the transactional phase (M&A). The main function will be to provide legal support to project development and transactional activities from their early stage to their implementation with a focus on the German market, but with some international exposure.Drafting and negotiating MOU, Terms Sheets and JV Agreements.Providing legal support during the lifecycle of the PV projects, especially during the transactional phase (M&A)Support and review of general project contracts (EPC, O&M and AMA mainly)Provide legal support during PPA negotiation and Project Finance phase.Instructing and managing external legal advisorsQualificationsLaw degree (German Preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in cross border scenariosProficiency in negotiation of contracts (SPAs, JVs, EPC and PPAs) in German and English languageProactive and team player.Ability to identify and manage complex legal issues across several jurisdictionsYou enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
