We are seeking a skilled Contract Senior Level Designer to contribute to the exciting development of multiplayer games. You will play a key role in creating immersive and engaging levels that enhance player experiences. Working within a dynamic team, you’ll focus on bringing innovative ideas to life while ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Design and prototype levels that provide a compelling and engaging gameplay experience.
Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and other designers to achieve a cohesive vision.
Iterate on level designs based on feedback from playtests and team reviews.
Balance creative concepts with technical constraints to ensure optimal performance.
Write documentation and guides to communicate design objectives and level layouts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for gameplay mechanics and level design.
Support junior team members with mentorship and insights based on your experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in level design within the gaming industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous level design work
Excellent proficiency in Unreal 4/5 engine
Experienced in fully utilizing game-play spaces with AI behaviors
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Passion for games and a keen understanding of user experience principles.
