Reporting to the Director, Revenue and Financial Operations, you will work cross-functionally with our Business Systems, Sales Operations, Legal, Deployment and Customer Success Teams to identify improvements and scale our billing and revenue process, while ensuring contracts are compliant with guidelines and processes and the billing cycle is completed timely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an environment of change within the SaaS industry and will assist in implementation of strategies to proactively address systemic Finance & Accounting needs and operational improvements. This person will have the ability to drive change through key process improvements and systems implementations.What You'll Be DoingReview revenue generating contracts and work closely with Sales Operations and Deal Desk functions to ensure adherence to quote-to-cash processes.Ensure accuracy of all commercial data and contracts within guidelines.Assist with questions from the Sales Operations, Legal and Accounting Teams during contract negotiations.Manage the Billing team and perform certain billing activities, ensuring the billing process is completed timely and accurately.Work to streamline the billing process and ensure billing data is reliable across all systems.Oversee and drive change management related to key Finance and Accounting processes, specifically quote-to-cash.Act as key liaison on behalf of the Finance & Accounting organization with respect to the company’s quote-to-cash transformation.Develop and maintain various procedure and process flow documentation.Evaluate, identify, and recommend various process and systemic improvements to help drive change management across the organization.Identify and implement internal controls within quote to cash process and maintain SOX documentation of controls and process narratives.Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue and quote-to-cash process related inquiries from auditors.Support management on ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed.What We'll Expect From YouBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Operations, Management or Finance preferredExperience in a billing role, or in an operations, project management, or consulting environment, with exposure to finance/accounting requiredExperience with quote-to-cash processes5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS environmentHigh level of familiarity with Salesforce, Intacct and Braintree highly preferredExercise diplomacy skills to deal effectively and professionally with obstacles that arise with external customers and vendors and with internal stakeholdersAbility to spot inefficiencies in processes, and recommend process improvementsAbout OloOlo (NYSE: OLO) is a leading restaurant technology provider with ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions that help brands increase orders, streamline operations, and improve the guest experience.
