What you will do Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies focused on manual testing processesCollaborate with product management, development teams, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure feature acceptance based on requirementsManage and prioritize bug reports and tickets from internal and external stakeholders and analyze business value using internal data sourcesOversee the complete bug lifecycle, including reporting, reproducing, and resolving bugsCoordinate testing efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.Advocate for product quality within cross-functional teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvementPrepare detailed test cases and identify edge cases before development beginsLeverage your experience in debugging and reading JavaScript to assist in identifying and resolving issues.Ensure a high-quality product by not just following the acceptance criteria but proactive suggesting UX improvements
Who you areYou have 3 years experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of frontend applications (JavaScript) in big scale projectsYou are experienced in manual testing (explorative and destructive) You are familiar with process / ticketing tools such as Jira & ConfluenceYou have very good experience with testing tools, such as TestRailYou use the browsers developer tools to collect technical hints connected to a bug reportsYou speak and write English fluentlyYou are able to get a quick grasp of complex technical systemsYou focus on the details but always keep the business value of software in mindYou have a passion for quickly shipping innovative features that are simultaneously reliableYou are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environmentYou possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
