At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves.Challenges you’ll meet:Deliver insights and recommendations to drive product improvements and business growth.Improve the analytics stage of the HADI development cycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that enhance the customer experience.Support and enhance the A/B testing process.Validate product hypotheses and connect hypothesis results to business metrics.Design key metrics to measure various aspects of the business.Create and maintain automated dashboards to promote company-wide understanding of user experience.Your professional qualities:Previous experience in a analytical role, creating impactful solutionsProficiency SQL and TableauKnowledge of mathematical statistics and statistical hypothesis testing principlesStrong task decomposition and problem-solving skillsNice to have:Familiarity with Airflow, Git and PythonIn our team, we value:Sociability.
