As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results across a portfolio of dynamic projects and programs. Reporting directly to the Project Manager Team Lead, you’ll ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded, serving as the critical bridge between our Consulting team and clients.In this high-visibility role, you’ll coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams, create and manage vital project artifacts like Change Requests and Statements of Work, and take charge of monitoring budgets, resourcing, and forecasting. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring seamless collaboration, maintaining "One Version of The Truth" across all engagements.This is your chance to lead multiple engagements, showcase your expertise in project governance, and be the go-to point of contact for clients. What you'll be doingEnsure successful and on time delivery of various projects across the portfolioBe the senior point of contact in all aspects of projects Managing issues, risk and project change requests where necessary Meeting coordination and facilitation with customers and internal teamsCreating and monitoring programme & project artifacts such as and not limited to:Level 0 through to Level 3 PlansEarned Value Management (SPI / CPI)Scope of work (Change Log tracking)Executive level Risk, Issue & Opportunity ManagementCoaching and Mentoring of junior staffManage Client project budget worksheets and project resourcing Provide Internal and Client ReportingAccountable for Providing invoicing informationTranslation of Statement Of Works requirements into Level 1 PlansWhat we're looking forFluent German, written and spokenProven experience as a Senior Project Manager Advanced understanding of Ability to understand departmental financials and reconcile revenue/expensesExperience with Google -Suite, Microsoft software tools, Atlassian software tools including Jira Roadmaps, and OpenAirSelf-motivated, organised, and able to effectively communicate with all layers of management and stakeholders with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and with other teamsCritical thinker including the ability to understand the “big picture” and trade-offsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base.Personable, helpful and professional attitudeDesirableDemonstrable knowledge of any of the following technologies: Agile Methodology, AWS, DevOps, Atlassian Toolset, Azure DevOps and Hybrid Cloud environmentsDemonstrate an understanding of Project Management and Software Engineering methodologies (i.e., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2 for Agile, etc.)Experience with Google-Suite, Microsoft software tools, the Atlassian toolset (Jira and Confluence) and Netsuite OpenAirUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices, also Managed Services (ITiL 4) Agile at Scale (SAFe, S@S, LeSS, DA)#LI-AR1At The Adaptavist Group, we are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and believe this positively impacts both the creation of our innovative products and our delivery of bespoke solutions to our global customers and our own unique culture.
