Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive MCU Marketing Staff Specialist to join our team and drive our market presence in the automotive industry in Europe.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for automotive MCU products in Europe aligning with business objectives
Define product positioning and compelling messaging for target segments and customers
Lead efforts to secure design wins in collaboration with sales and FAEs. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams for effective marketing and successful product promotions
Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets
Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management



Qualifications

Strong knowledge of automotive MCU technologies, architectures, and applications, with a proven track record of successful marketing experience in this domain
Good understanding of Europe automotive markets (E/E architecture, ADAS, and Body), including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with Europe automotive business objectives and drive market share growth
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling marketing messages
Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and address market challenges effectively
Proven experience in positioning and differentiating automotive MCU products, understanding customer pain points, and communicating unique value propositions
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable marketing goals and objectivesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and 5+ years of related professional experience. Master’s degree in Engineering, or BSEE with MBA with 3+ years of experience.
