This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to drive the user interface and experience design for our products. If you have a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences, we want to hear from youJob main responsibilities: Collaborative Design: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and design innovative user interfaces and experiences that delight users. User-Centric Design: Simplify complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs that improve usability and user satisfaction. From Concept to Completion: Develop design assets, starting from wireframes and progressing through prototypes to polished, final UI designs. Enhancing User Experience: Adhere to and refine existing UI/UX design patterns, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. Data-Driven Decisions: Use qualitative and quantitative data, including user feedback and analytics, to inform and refine your design choices. Visual Consistency: Continuously evolve Bryq’s visual style to maintain accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency in our digital products. Product Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the team to shape product strategy, focusing on enhancing the user interface and experience. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Share your UI/UX expertise with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to ensure a unified brand and user Requirements 5 or more years in a UI/UX design role preferred, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface and experience design. A Degree in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or other relevant fields. Proficiency in design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), and a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments. Submission of a portfolio is required.
