Elegance Caf in Paoli is seeking a friendly and reliable Caf Service Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and handling transactions accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with their ordersPrepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to established recipes and proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipmentRestocking supplies, as neededHandle cash and card transactions accurately and efficientlyAddress customer inquiries and concerns in a professional mannerFollow all health and safety guidelines and regulationsRequirements:Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable and punctualSchedule: M-S 7:00-4:30, shifts available.
