We are seeking a full-time Shading and Lighting Associate who is adaptable, highly organized, and self-driven. In this role, you will work on exciting projects in both construction sites and custom luxury homes, collaborating with top designers, builders, and architects to create stunning spaces.Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, interior designers, architects, and custom homebuilders to educate them about our cutting-edge products and offerings, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process.Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and pursue new business opportunities within the Shading and Lighting department, bringing innovative design solutions to life.Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Shading and Lighting team to design and manage projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of excellence.Client Management: Set clear project expectations for clients and their teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.Project Oversight: Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to maintain project quality and timeliness, ensuring every design is executed flawlessly.Documentation: Formally document project details and progress to keep all stakeholders informed and projects on track.Cross-Department Coordination: Work in tandem with other departments on multifaceted projects, ensuring cohesive and integrated design solutions.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, establishing A.B.E.
