Shift Manager

Durango Gourmet Popcorn & HotDogs is looking for 2-3 full time/part time Shift Manager trainees and 1-2 Associate positions.Shift manager positions require you to be outgoing and people person and have the ability run my store and manage other employees during your shift with a ownership mentality. Furthermore, you will strive to maintain an exceptional level of customer service and a high level of quality and consistent preparation for all of drinks, food and popcorn that our customers have come to expect.PM Shift Manager Position is a closing shift and will include three (3) late-night closings (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 4:30 pm - 1 am) since we are adding Gourmet Hot Dogs to our menu. AM Shift Manager position will be 8 am - 4:30 pm and duties will include making popcorn, food prep, and managing employees.All positions include food preparation and assembly, bagging of popcorn, stocking our retail arera, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store and exterior space.Experience in food service is a plus but not necessary. Food handler certification is requires within 30 days of hire and or Food Managers Certification within 90 days for managers.Compensation starts at $14.50 for food workers and $15.50 for food manager trainees but is also based on experience and includes pooled tips.
