EFC Equipment is looking for a full time small engine mechanics for outdoor power equipment and compact diesel tractors. At EFC we strive to be the best not the biggest. Must be a highly self motivated mechanic that can think outside of the box and is looking for long term employment. In house and offsite yearly training included. Pay is based on experience, education, attitude and 90 day probationary period where you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills. Small Engine Mechanic requirements:1 - 2 years of experience with similar equipmentTrade school education minimum one completed yearAbility to effectively and safely use mechanic's tools and equipmentAbility to communicate equipment issues and understand job assignmentsAbility to prioritize work assignmentsPersonal and professional integrityExhibit a clear understanding of the necessity of equipment safetyFlexibility regarding work assignmentsMaintain a valid Washington state driver's license.
