Providing high quality human centric support is essential for helping both patients and providers use Rula. As a member of Rula’s Internal Tools team you will work on building streamlined workflows for the support team, and maintaining the platform for other engineering teams to build their support flows. We are looking for candidates who are interested in working on a small team within a fast-growing product. You will enjoy this role if you enjoy working closely with your users - be it support agents or other engineers using your product.Required Qualifications3+ year of software engineering experienceExperience working on cross-functional teamsFullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications. Preferred QualificationsProduction experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or KafkaPrevious experience working on Internal tools teamsExperience working on a platform teamExperience or interest in building good UXCollaborative working style, and bias to helping others in the team growHigh personal awareness, and growth mindset We're serious about your well-being!
