As a member of Rula’s Partnerships team, you'll use your experience with 3rd party integrations to develop cutting-edge technology, enabling a seamless experience for our Partners when helping patients interact with Rula.In this role, you'll engage in the development of high-impact solutions within a cross-functional team. As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to craft solutions in three main areas: optimizing partnership enrollment by building tools to enhance site experiences, building, and supporting partner integrations, and enhancing analytics into how our partners interact with our systems so we can continually improve them. Throughout, you’ll apply your expertise and experience to pair with fellow engineers, improve our processes, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will present a bias for action along with excellent collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.Required Qualifications2+ years of software engineering experience.Experience working on cross-functional teams.Experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholder’s needs.Preferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent experience.Experience developing containerized, 12-factor applications.Experience developing SaaS applications using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.Experience with Microservices development using either NodeJS and TypeScript, GoLang, or Java.Experience developing with distributed systems development, using an event-based paradigm, queuing or publish-subscribe such as Apache Kafka.Experience with Ruby, React, Javascript, SQL, and/or Python.Experience developing applications using Postgresql or equivalent.We're serious about your well-being!
