This position is 100% remote.
In order to qualify for remote work, candidates need to reside or be willing to move to Nebraska, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Washington, Minnesota, Florida, or Texas.
How you will achieve success:
Responsible for building empowered teams with the passion and engagement to drive towards business outcomes.
Act as a servant leader to ensure engineers have the insights, tools, and support to execute effectively.
We are a fully remote department, as an engineering manager you are responsible to ensure the team is engaged and present while at work.
Visualize teams out of office to ensure organization transparency.
Ownership of LTR metrics and ensuring engineers understand the expectations as well as the why behind them.
What experiences will help you in this role:
10+ years experience in an engineering or product role, building solutions from the ground up that support major business functions .
Experience being immersed in engineering, product, and design functions, understanding the various processes.
Negotiation skills necessary for management of external vendors.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire colleagues.
Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and measures.
