You will develop and execute comprehensive conversion strategies, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for our valued customers. You will serve as a key sales contact alongside the account team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the transition of existing customers who want to migrate to our updated models and SaaS solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, serving as a key contact throughout the conversion process.Provide guidance and support to both the CyberArk account owners as well as our customers during the evaluation & transition, addressing any concerns or challenges to ensure a positive experience.Track and analyze conversion metrics to measure the success of conversion efforts and identify areas for optimization.Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-potential accounts and develop tailored conversion plans for each customer segment.Stay informed about industry trends to continually refine migration strategies and tactics.Work closely with the product marketing team to create compelling messaging and collateral to support conversion efforts.Reporting on Key Initiatives: Help generate reports on key business initiatives for management review.Assist in tracking and documenting all relevant metrics outlined for each initiative. # of conversions, average close rates, churn analysis, cross-sell analysis.#LI-IR1QualificationsExperience in customer solution conversions and migrations.3+ years Enterprise software sales experience, customer facing.Working knowledge of Salesforce.Customer relationship management skills.Deep knowledge of SaaS solutions and their benefits/considerations.Familiarity of the structure and demands of an IT organization.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Ability to deduce patterns and reasoning from large sets of data.A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk’ers across the organization.Additional InformationCyberArk is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. The salary range for this position is $116,000 – $165,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
