From transcription to sentiment analysis to voice synthesis, Deepgram is the preferred partner for builders of voice AI applications.OpportunityDeepgram is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to support our customers, prospects, and community by delivering world-class deep learning solutions and using state-of-the-art A.I. techniques to automate support, where applicable. You will work closely with Deepgram’s go-to-market team, researchers, and other engineers to identify technologies, integrations, and workflows to streamline the support experience. Your work will help identify and solve fundamental customer issues by building automated solutions. By interacting with prospective and signed customers and customer tickets directly, you’ll be able to create new training data and vet our automation tooling. You will triage immediate issues, problem-solve subtle and evasive bugs, and make product improvements to our production codebase to enhance the customer experience.
